 Based in Tucson, Arizona, Insight Educational Services, LLC provides truly individualized, learner-centered instruction for students who aren't succeeding in a traditional school setting.

Insight Educational Services, LLC was established in December of 2020 in response to gaps in the ability of the education system to meet the needs of its young people. Insight believes that a true and effective education cultivates empowerment, not compliance. By utilizing Empowerment Scholarship Accounts, young people can access the freedom they need to truly explore their interests and learn at their own pace in their own way.

Insight's Director is Cathy Sproul, a thirty-year veteran of education systems. Cathy has served in various capacities, including teacher, curriculum coach, interventionist, professional development creator/presenter, student supports coordinator and, notably, as a Director for the Arizona Department of Education. She believes that many young people learn better when they CHOOSE what to learn—rather than being told—and can access information online at their own pace. She also believes young people learn through EXPERIENCES rather than by sitting in traditional classrooms, and she uses humor to consistently create positive learning experiences.

She currently holds an Arizona Standard Teaching Certificate in Secondary English and Mathematics. Cathy is fully aligned with Insight's philosophy that quality education must necessarily empower the next generation.
